Promotion of sustainable developmentThe company appointed the general manager to be the sustainable development promotion unit in March 2023.  This will achieve corporate social responsibility, keep in line with international trends, and actively respond to stakeholders' risk assessments.  This will also improve the response in various aspects such as environmental, social and corporate governance.  All this to achieve the goal of sustainable operation.  The chairman of the board serves as the general convener, and managers of each department serve as conveners for the promotion of each strategic group. This promotion unit shall hold meetings at least once every six months, and may hold additional meetings when necessary.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Formulate corporate social responsibility and sustainable development directions and goals, and formulate relevant management policies and specific promotion plans.
  2. Promote and implement related work on integrity management and risk management.
  3. Tracking, reviewing and revising the implementation and effectiveness of corporate sustainable development.
  4. Other matters handled by this committee upon resolution of the board of directors.
