Stakeholder Communication Channel
In order to reinforce corporate governance and to facilitate direct and smooth communication channels between stakeholders of the Company such as employees, shareholders, corresponding banks, customers, and suppliers and the Audit Committee, the stakeholder suggestion and complaint window is particularly set up. The legitimate rights of the stakeholders are respected and protected and it helps the Audit Committee make the best of its function to supervise and prevent against frauds.
All complaints are archived by the Company and the confidentiality principle is strictly followed in order to protect the rights and safety of stakeholders.
