◇Approved of applying loan amount (short-term borrowings) case.
◇Approved to issue 2015 statement of internal control system.
◇Approved revised employees' compensation and remuneration of directors case in the articles of incorporation.
◇Approved to convene 2016 regular sharholders'meeting.

◇ Approved the appointment of independent accountants visa assessment case.               ◇Approved the Endorsement amount made for the subsidiary.                                                     ◇Kaohsiung Park through the application for the construction of loan amount of the case.
2016/08/11 ◇By amending the provisions of the Company's Restricted Employee Rights New Shares Issuance Program.                                                                    ◇ To set the base date and issue of the capital increase for employees of the Company in 2016.   ◇ Invested through the Company to invest in the British Virgin Islands, MILDEX ASIA CO., LTD investment case.                                           ◇Approved the Endorsement amount made for the subsidiary.                                                  ◇Approved of applying loan amount (short-term borrowings) case.                                                     ◇ Formulate the "Payroll Management Measures" of the Company.                                                      ◇ Through the revision of the directors, supervisors and managers of the company has implemented various payroll projects.
